wyclef.jpgTemperatures are finally dropping outside, but don't let that keep you in tonight. Up at the Nokia Theatre, ex-Fugee Wyclef Jean hits the stage with his powerful hip hop beats and politically charged lyrics. R&B songwriter Lyfe Jennings kicks the show off. Doors open at 7 PM, and tickets are $40.

Downtown, Irish four piece Bell X1 brings their relaxed, experimental pop to Joe's Pub. You may have seen 'em on Conan O'Brien last night, playing "Rocky Took a Lover." The show starts at 9:30, and tickets are $12.

Feeling adventurous? Make the trek out to Death By Audio, where avant-garde noise trio A Place to Bury Strangers perform with Brooklyn soul rockers The Muggabears. The show starts at 9 PM, and will cost you $5.
