Rumor has it Mountain Goat John Darnielle was in town this past weekend doing a photo shoot, which is pretty rock and roll of him, I'd say. The latest album from the MGs, Heretic Pride, will be released on February 19th, but if you've been lucky enough to give it a spin already, you already know JD's still got it goin' on with the help of fellow genius Peter Hughes. Paperthinwalls caught up with John and chatted about opening track "Sax Rohmer #1", which, conveniently enough, has an equally breathtaking video to go along with it.
