What You're Doing Tonight - 3/20/08

Ah, go outside and take a fresh breath of air. It's the first day of Spring! Celebrate the fertile season with some live rock tonight. First off, British punks The Cribs will be tearing up Music Hall of Williamsburg with their hook-laden edgy pop. Jeff Lewis (the guy behind this masterpiece) opens the show at 8. Tickets are $15.
Manhattan-bound? Head downtown, where power pop ladies Sahara Hotnights bring their blend of retro punk and alt-rock to the Knitting Factory. These guys have been around forever, so I'm excited to see them live finally. It's a late show (11:30), so I'm kind of glad tomorrows a holiday. Tickets are $15.
