Trailer: Fashion Kills

Cult film buffs will love this. Director Liz Toonkel has just released a trailer for Fashion Kills, her debut short film which promises to be 20 minutes of estrogen-fueled mayhem. Based off the trailer below, the film appears to be a satire on conformity and fashion controversy, shot in a grainy, '80s DIY style. As you may have assumed already, Madonna's cone bra makes an appearance. The film, an NYU senior thesis, was initially rejected by the school's film festival for being too racy. Fashion Kills finally premieres on April 10th at NYU's Cantor Film Center at 3:30.
