What You're Doing - 4/24/08

Gearing up for a crazy weekend? Here's a taste of what's going on tonight:

spwlive.jpgSemi Precious Weapons, Theo & The Skyscrapers and Kissy Kamikazee @ Studio B: Guyliner, manorexia and American Apparel will be aplenty as three of NY's best glam bands take the stage on Banker St.

Jeremy Fisher @ BB Kings: The Canadian crooner will grace the stage with his charming acoustic pop and cheeky attitude as he opens for The Proclaimers.

Foals, The Epochs @ Bowery Ballroom: If you're looking for some intelligent synth pop, this is the show to see. Check out an mp3 from The Epochs here.

Katy Perry @ Mercury Lounge: This may be the perfect concert to bring your daughter for Take You Daughter to Work Day, since Perry is a grittier, indier version of Avril.

Apollo Heights @ Union Pool: The outdoor-indoor venue may be an ideal choice for tonight's weather, but do you need any more incentive than Apollo Height's soulful rock?
