Stream: No Age - Nouns

noagenouns.jpgLast year, No Age's debut album Weirdo Rippers emerged from the Los Angeles indie-punk scene into the ears of anyone tolerant of experimental, lo-fi punk and incoherent screaming. Fans of the duo's dirty sound embraced the album and raved over the band's live energy. Tomorrow, Sub Pop Records releases No Age's highly anticipated follow up, Nouns, and boy, are things looking good for the west coasters. The album just received a 9.2 on Pitchfork, an achievement which is the indie equivalent of curing cancer. After giving a quick listen myself, it's quite clear that this sophomore effort is an inspired work of art, proof of No Age's musical maturity.

Grab a hard copy tomorrow, and preview the album in its entirety over at myspace.
