Jack White saves lives
Oh Jack White, how you make the ladies swoon. According to the Kansas City Star, the guitar guru was performing with The Raconteurs at The Uptown in Kansas City when he noticed that a girl in the crowd had fainted. With no bouncer in sight to help, White hopped off the stage mid-song, carried the girl to safety, and then hopped back on stage to finish the song. Who needs a bouncer when you have Jack White?
I remember seeing something similar during a Badfish (Sublime tribute band) show two years ago. Some douche was messing around with everyone in the crowd, pouring beers on heads, pushing girls and screaming wrong lyrics. During the bass breakdown in "What I Got," the lead singer jumped off stage with his guitar in hands, manhandled the d-bag to the floor, and had fans carry the guy out of the venue. He was back on stage to sing the lyrics without missing a beat.
Bouncers are so overrated.
