Let's get the biggest news out of the way first: My Bloody Valentine are playing Roseland September 22nd and 23rd. As of right now this second, tickets for the show on the 23rd go on sale Friday at 10am on the Ticketmaster website, but there's no information for the show on the 22nd.

OK, are you still alive? Good, because that isn't all! Sony/BMG is releasing remastered versions of MBV's two classic albums, "Isn't Anything" and "Loveless". Wired first rumored the reissues a few weeks ago, but they have been officially confirmed, according to Pitchfork, by a Sony rep.

The "Isn't Anything" remaster is pretty bare bones, just one disc, while the "Loveless" reissue has two: the first being remastered from digital audio and analogue tape, and the second coming solely from analog tape. It's like a deluxe DVD box set with the studio's and director's cut.

There isn't a US release date for the discs, yet, but they're coming out in the UK on June 16, so we should be able to get our hands on them soon after.
