What You're Doing Tonight - 6/3/08

Posted on June 03, 2008

m83.jpgThe Wombats @ Gramercy Theatre: The UK gents may not be "moving to NY," but they'll grace us with their frenetic power pop anyway. Jukebox the Ghost opens.

M83 @ Music Hall of Williamsburg: Anthony Gonzalez, the dude behind M83, is the Chris Carraba of electro-based shoegaze. I'll be at the show if you wanna say hi.

Cyndi Lauper @ Radio City: The pop princess joins Regina Spektor, The Indigo Girls and The B-52s for this stop on the True Colors tour.

Cursive @ Mercury Lounge: An intimate punk show for the white-collared working man.

US Air Guitar Championships @ Bowery Ballroom: After that Air Guitar Nation documentary hit theaters two years ago, every no talent wannabe rocker discovered the new hobby. See them battle it out tonight in what promises to be full of awkward/hilarious moments.
