Posted on June 06, 2008

Whether you're looking for some down-home psyche with local favorites Bells Bells Bells or dropping fifty bucks for the novelty of seeing Gnarls Barkley share the stage with Deerhoof at the Roots' Picnic on Saturday, Philadelphia's got what you're looking for this weekend. Or in case you needed some washed-up, post-rocker jazz to drag your Dad to in the suburbs, there's John Densmore's Tribal Jazz tonight. Its even got "jazz" in the title! ...And "tribal." The summer concert season in the Quaker City is just kicking into full gear. Get into it.
