This Holiday Season, Put Rammstein’s Fun Between Your Legs

You may have a thoughtful gift in mind for your metalhead significant other this Christmas. But I don’t think there’s any way that present can beat this one: Rammstein has released its new album Liebe ist für alle da (that’s right, Deutsch scholars: “Lube Is for Your Ass”) in a few forms. There’s a “Digipack-Standard Edition,” with 11 tracks. There’s a more expensive Special Edition, including five bonus cuts. There’s the double vinyl version. And, oh yes, there’s a box set that features, according to The Daily Swarm, “a metal flight case, five extra tracks that weren’t ‘good enough’ for the record, industrial-strength handcuffs (to make sure people listen to the whole record), lubricant and…this is where the punch-line comes in… six pink dildos that reflect the sizes of the six members’ wienerwursts.” Holy crap. I wonder if you’re actually supposed to, er, use all that equipment while you’re listening to the record.

Apparently, the band hopes the, uh, package will appeal to its female fans, commenting, “You’ve got a pussy, we’ve got the dicks!” But, given the title of the album, I feel compelled to point out that the deluxe box set may also find a following among Rammstein-loving dudes.

    The title is not “Lube is for your ass”.

    The CORRECT title is “Love is there for everyone”.

    Even the translation from Google Translate is not close to “Lube is for your ass”.
