How romantic! T.I., the changed man who’s currently paying his debt to society, is getting married! He and girlfriend Tameka “Tiny” Cottle will tie the knot next year, when T.I. finished the prison term he’s serving on an illegal weapons possession rap from 2007. The couple has been together since 2001, and they’ve already got two sons.

Now, T.I. fans will remember that, earlier this year, rumors flew that he and Tiny were getting a quickie marriage, just before the rapper showed up to serve time. But those never checked out, and now we know that the pair will plan their nuptials once T.I.’s release date in clear. In an interview with XXL magazine, Tiny had this to say: The marriage will take place “sometime (next) year, but we can’t really give a date yet because we have to find out exactly when Tip (T.I.) is coming home. We’ll have to just plan around that, but I envision a fairytale wedding.” All stories of crime, redemption and love should have such an awww-inducing ending.
