I know what you’re thinking: “Not another one!” But yes, children, Bob Dylan has released yet another video from his head-scratcher of a holiday album, Christmas in the Heart. But before you get all angsty and resistant, let me tell you that there is something redeeming about this clip for “Little Drummer Boy.” In fact, it’s actually totally gorgeous. For the video, director Jeff Scher used rotoscope technology to transform classic films into bright, beautiful watercolors. So even if Dylan’s raspy take on a song David Bowie and Bing Crosby totally dominated three decades ago doesn’t do it for you, press “Mute” and just watch the pretty, pretty pictures.
