Chinese Democracy leaker arrested

Kevin Cogill, a writer from AntiQuiet.Com, was arrested earlier this morning by FBI agents out in Los Angeles on suspicion of violating federal copyright laws. Cogill was charged with leaking Chinese Democracy, the notorious Guns N' Roses album, on his website. The songs were quickly removed from AntiQuiet back in June, and Cogill has taken responsibility for his blog post.

Chinese Democracy has been in production for the past twelve years, keeping GnR fans eagerly on their toes. It's a shame that all of the hype and excitement surrounding the album became a publicity stunt for some music blog.
