DJ AM’s Condo Goes Up For Sale. Is It Cursed?

DJ AM Adam GoldsteinThe music world was dealt a cruel blow on August 28, 2009 when troubled celebrity mixologist DJ AM was found dead in his New York City apartment. (His death was later attributed to an accidental suicide.) Goldstein’s estate is now in the process of settling the DJ’s affairs and has put the mixer’s luxury apartment on Lafayette Street up for sale.

According to Curb, Goldstein’s 1,147-square-foot apartment has been listed at $1.795 million ($200,000 less than he originally paid for it). The site reports the condo’s previous owner, Lou Marinelli, a co-owner of the now-deunct Crobar New York, was killed in a motorcycle accident two days before Goldstein was originally set to close on the property. Creepy stuff. Have a look at the floor plan and get your counteroffer ready if you’re not superstitious.
